Key Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance of network infrastructure proactively

• Engage with customers for managed service support

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets effectively

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of related work experience

• Hands-on experience with layer-2 and
-3 protocols

• Familiarity with networking technologies including VoIP

• Proficient with Linux command line environments
