Technical Program Manager - Cloud Services

This critical position involves overseeing cross-functional initiatives to enhance Entrust's SaaS platform operations. You will ensure compliance with industry standards while facilitating vendor coordination and performance monitoring.

Your role will encompass managing incident response processes and maintaining operational dashboards to streamline decision-making and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with cloud services providers on SLA fulfillment

• Drive collaboration across service and engineering teams

• Oversee security operations and compliance checks

• Report on KPIs and program efficiency

• Manage global expansion strategies for cloud platforms

Requirements:

• 8+ years in Technical Program Management

• 5 years focused on SaaS or cloud infrastructure

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code

• Proven ability in vendor relationship management

• Experience with regulatory frameworks like PCI-DSS
