Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Consultant

Join Insight Global as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, where you will spearhead enhancements in Oracle HCM Cloud modules. This part-time contract offers a clear path to full-time with your 7–9 years of expertise.

This role starts part-time, about 20 hours per week, with the potential for full-time commitment after a few months. You will be involved in configuring and improving Oracle HCM modules while collaborating closely with HR and Payroll teams. Your hands-on experience with Core HR, Absence, and other modules will be invaluable as you support system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules effectively

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

• Conduct requirements gathering and perform fit-gap analysis

• Provide hands-on testing and production support

• Assist payroll processes and integration efforts

Requirements:

• 7-9+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM

• Strong hands-on experience in Core HR and related modules

• Proven skills in requirements gathering and configuration

• Knowledge of payroll processes and troubleshooting

• Willingness to transition to full-time after contract
