This full-time position invites a skilled Procurement Specialist to shape sourcing initiatives within Programme Development. You will facilitate robust procurement plans for diverse spend categories, tackle tendering processes, and foster supplier performance improvement. Your ability to manage significant infrastructure projects, valued up to £750m, will enhance resilience in response to climate change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement comprehensive procurement plans

• Identify consolidation opportunities to reduce costs

• Develop call-off agreements for project portfolio

Requirements:

• CIPS qualification or studying towards
