Webber Patrol Maintenance Technician Position

Location: Lakefield

Enhance roadway safety as a Patrol Maintenance Technician with Webber. This role involves asset maintenance and leadership during the winter season in Ontario.

As a Patrol Maintenance Technician, you will oversee the maintenance of roadways, signs, and vegetation while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your responsibilities will include organizing work activities, supervising staff, and conducting inspections to uphold contract standards. You will also act as a shift supervisor, especially during winter operations, making this a critical leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise shift during winter maintenance

• Organize daily work activities and resources

• Oversee safety compliance of contract staff

• Inspect work for compliance to quality standards

• Liaise with public and stakeholders for safety concerns

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Minimum three years in road maintenance preferred

• Valid Ontario Class “DZ” Driver’s License needed

• Knowledge of maintenance operations required

• Strong communication and analytical skills needed
