Position: Resident Manager Team for Property
Become a Resident Manager in Peterborough, living onsite and transforming resident experiences. This position includes property management duties with a focus on customer service, maintenance, and community engagement.

We are seeking a two-person Resident Manager team to oversee our property. Responsibilities include customer service excellence, general cleaning, and property maintenance. Ideal candidates will have prior property management experience, stellar communication skills, and a commitment to a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and handle service requests promptly

• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas and amenities

• Assist in property maintenance tasks and minor repairs

• Organize and promote resident events throughout the year

• Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Basic computer skills for administrative tasks

• Ability to perform general cleaning duties

• Must lift and move objects exceeding 50 lbs.
