Manager for Supports and Services

Lead a dedicated team at the Kenora Association for Community Living (KACL) as the Manager of Supports and Services. Drive impactful change and enhance service delivery for people with developmental disabilities.

As a key management figure at KACL, you'll mentor and supervise a team passionate about community support. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to foster strong partnerships while ensuring that programs meet KACL's values. This full-time role emphasizes team development, accountability, and advocacy for inclusivity and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement innovative structures to enhance service quality

• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities

• Collaborate with teams to set clear, measurable goals

• Oversee Dual Diagnosis, Employment Services, and Community Connections

• Keep the Director updated on program and organizational issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field

• Minimum 5 years in leadership with high emotional intelligence

• Strong interpersonal relationship management skills

• Performance dialogue and coaching expertise

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
