Operations Supervisor Express

Position: Operations Supervisor at FedEx Express
Lead frontline operations as an Operations Supervisor at Fed Ex Express. Guide Cargo Handlers daily in safety compliance, package handling, and service recovery to ensure smooth sorting operations.

This position is critical in supporting the Safety Above All Culture  will supervise and mentor employees in sort operations, ensuring compliance with all FXE policies and procedures. With a focus on conflict resolution and process simplification, this role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day sort operations and Cargo Handler activities

• Mentor and train staff to enhance package handling skills

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols

• Address and resolve employee conflicts effectively

• Inspire and motivate the team towards achieving targets

Requirements:

• College degree required

• 2 years in Fed Ex sort operations or supervisory experience

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs consistently

• Strong planning and analytical skills
