Ontario Operations Manager

Le Monde du Ravioli Inc. is hiring an Ontario Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations at its Peterborough facility. The role focuses on coordinating production activities, managing inventory and logistics, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with operational, health, and safety standards.

• Oversee daily operations at the Ontario (Peterborough) location.
• Coordinate production planning, scheduling, and workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Supervise employees and support efficient daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace safety regulations.
• Coordinate logistics and deliveries with internal teams.
• Communicate operational updates and reports to head office.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational procedures.

• Experience in operations management, manufacturing, logistics, or production environments.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience in food manufacturing or food distribution is considered an asset.
• Secondary school education required.

Employment Type:

Permanent, full‑time
Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Hourly Wage: $25.00 per hour
