ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the crewing of multiple production lines and classification to ensure the manufacturing department is able to operate effectively and efficientlyTrack and report attendance of frontline employee populationUtilize time management systems to ensure Team Members are paid and charged to the correct cost centerAnalyze cost performance and ingredient usage using OracleInitiate and implement continuous improvement projectsUtilize Avantis and MyBuy to source and assess quotes and approve site purchasesDemonstrated leadership capabilities and leading for results through other
