A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations in Peterborough, ON. The ideal candidate will ensure that all resources meet customer requirements and engage in continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include managing manpower, implementing LEAN principles, and coordinating new program launches. A Post-Secondary education in a related field is required, along with strong supervisory and communication skills.

The salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, with a full-time position available immediately.
