Capital Project Leadership

Position: Capital Project Leadership Role
Become a key player in capital project management within a 24/7 food manufacturing setting. As a Project Leader, you will coordinate large-scale projects while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and operational objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing project execution, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful delivery. Your teamwork will involve collaboration across multiple departments and providing mentorship to junior engineers. Your expertise in capital projects will help drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of food processing and packaging projects

• Prepare and maintain engineering specifications and documentation

• Lead procurement activities and vendor evaluations

• Supervise installation and commissioning of new equipment

• Support continuous improvement efforts for enhanced reliability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or related engineering

• At least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience

• Demonstrated success with $5M+ capital projects

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and project management tools
