About the Role
Charlotte Products Ltd. is a proudly Canadian, family‑owned formulator and manufacturer of high‑performance cleaning and sanitation solutions, operating since 1986.
The Production Associate is responsible for the line packaging of liquid chemical products, ensuring accurate fill rate and correct packaging components.
Key Responsibilities- Working in the staging area or on a production line packaging liquid chemical products, ensuring accurate fill rate and correct packaging components
- Line set‑up and general cleaning of production area
- Reporting quality issues to a supervisor
- Ensuring all production line checks are completed
- Recording work orders (packaging materials, labour quality checks)
- Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and assigned work area
- Working effectively as part of a team to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Following all standard operating procedures
- Following all safety guidelines and procedures
- Ensuring equipment is operated according to the manufacturer’s instructions
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a factory or production environment is an asset
- General knowledge of health and safety best practices in a factory, production, or warehouse environment
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines and productivity goals
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role (lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for six to seven hours, bending, crouching, climbing, reaching, etc.)
What We Offer
Location: Peterborough, Ontario
Shift: Monday to Friday: 7 AM – 3:30 PM
Wage: Starting at $19/hour
Variable compensation: Annual performance bonus eligibility
Vacation: Starting at 3 weeks
