• Work collaboratively with your team to produce a variety of freshly baked goods following carefully crafted recipes.
• Maintain a clean and safe bakery environment to ensure the best customer experience.
• Read and follow production schedules, mix ingredients, shape dough, and operate ovens to bake products.
• Contribute to the team effort by communicating effectively with fellow bakers.

• Passion for baking and a commitment to creating delicious products.
• A team player attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and a positive approach to work.
• Availability to work early morning shifts.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Frequent lifting and carrying of dough and baking trays.
• Ability to push, pull, reach, and bend as necessary.
