Our RoleThe Manufacturing Tracking Specialist takes the lead in communicating with internal customers and facilitating the timely completion of various internal tollgates. They coordinate project documentation, material readiness, internal work orders, and develop process improvements. The role supports Manufacturing and Parts teams.
Your Day to Day- Assisting a diverse team, managing expectations, and driving results.
- Leading coordination of project documentation approvals/submissions to align with overall project schedules.
- Coordinating material readiness for all internal work orders according to production schedules.
- Proactively identifying potential delays and taking necessary actions to minimize their impact on project schedules.
- Seeking continuous improvement to internal procedures and programs.
- Supporting resolution of internal issues to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Maintaining individual allocation targets, enforcing budget adherence, and reviewing job budgets and run‑out estimates as needed.
- Participating in internal meetings such as project tracking, customer reporting, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
- College Diploma or University Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office processes and manufacturing knowledge.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior organizational skills, high attention to detail, commitment to process improvement, and ability to multi‑task.
- Proven time management and organizational skills, ability to work under pressure with tight timelines, prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, able to work effectively as part of a team or independently.

Base salary $68,000 – $90,000 per year (Ontario). Additional compensation may include annual cash incentive and other benefits as part of the total package.
