Responsibilities- Competently operate production equipment
- Carry out all required packaging as outlined for specific products
- Conduct preventative maintenance (equipment/facility cleaning)
- Carry out work which includes the movement of raw materials and finished goods as required
- Must be able and willing to accept responsibility and accountability for the performance of their duties, in the areas of safety and the application of continuous improvement processes.
Any other duties as assigned by the Production Frontline Leader.
Qualifications- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Certification (mechanical and electrical) considered an asset
- Production experience considered an asset
- Complete process knowledge – Food Process or GMP experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a unionized environment
- Must be flexible to work all shifts as required
