CNC Operator

Position: CNC Operator at Flexjet
Shape precision parts with skill as a CNC Operator rate and program CNC machines using Mastercam or Fusion in a dynamic production environment.

Flexjet seeks a dedicated CNC Operator to safely produce machined parts while optimizing production runs. In this role, you will program CNC machines, verify settings, and maintain quality standards. A strong technical foundation, along with the ability to interpret blueprints, is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study work orders and technical data for machine planning

• Program CNC machines with accuracy and detail

• Load stock and feed mechanisms for operation

• Verify settings through measurements and sample work

• Document production and quality logs systematically

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of CNC experience and training

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MRP software preferred

• Capability to read blueprints and technical documents

• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training

• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain CNC equipment
