Position: Aircraft Paint Technician at Flexjet
Join Flexjet as an Aircraft Paint Technician to prepare and paint aircraft efficiently and safely. This full-time position requires expertise in paint preparation and application within industry regulations.

In this role, you'll engage in preparing aircraft for paint with a focus on quality and adherence to specifications. Ideal candidates will bring three years of relevant experience in paint preparation across various vehicles. Your responsibilities will include internal inspections, documentation completion in line with AS9100 standards, and maintaining a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare aircraft surfaces for paint application

• Perform internal quality inspections throughout paint phases

• Mix and apply paint, matching colors accurately

• Maintain tools and equipment properly

• Complete necessary documentation in compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Secondary school completion is required

• Minimum of three years of transferable painting experience

• Strong mobility and manual dexterity for aircraft access

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules
