Sanitation Program Control Specialist

This people management role is essential for overseeing the Preventative Controls within our Quality and Food Safety Management System. You'll ensure the application of food safety policies, coach technicians, and foster a culture of compliance. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills are needed to drive improvements in sanitation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead food safety and sanitation compliance

• Track and report sanitation performance indicators

• Manage preventive control technician teams

• Conduct audits and monitor hygienic conditions

• Facilitate effective communication with plant management

Requirements:

• Associate’s or High School degree with relevant experience

• Flexibility for 12-hour rotating shifts

• Strong facilitation and communication skills

• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams

• Willingness to travel as required
