Emterra Group is seeking energetic individuals for the Recycling Sorter position. This job involves sorting materials, pulling contaminants, and keeping the plant clean. You will help support the community's recycling efforts while ensuring compliance with safety practices and maintaining attendance and work quality records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect materials and sort them correctly by type

• Pull contaminants off the sorting line efficiently

• Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties as required

• Adhere to safety practices and PPE usage

• Maintain excellent attendance and work quality records

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication

• Willingness to work in all weather conditions

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Forklift License is an asset
