Position: Manufacturing Engineer at Nefab

Nefab Canada is looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to drive innovation alongside the Production Manager. You'll support program launches, manage new processes, and troubleshoot equipment. Key aspects of this role involve conducting time studies to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with ISO policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support innovation projects with the Production Manager

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing

• Develop and launch new manufacturing processes

• Research and implement new equipment and processes

• Conduct time studies to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience in a technical role

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration

• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems is a plus
