This role offers opportunities in innovation, process development, and project management, emphasizing hands-on troubleshooting.
Nefab Canada is expanding and seeks a Manufacturing Engineer who will work with the Production Manager on various innovation projects. You will manage new processes and lead product launch initiatives while supporting the maintenance team in resolving equipment issues. Conducting time studies will help validate labor requirements and drive efficiency enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion continuous improvement projects in manufacturing
• Develop program launch processes and standards
• Research and recommend new manufacturing equipment
• Conduct time studies to optimize operational tasks
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related experience
• 2-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing role
• Capable of reading engineering drawings and documents
• Strong ability to train others in processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
