Key Responsibilities:

• Support innovation projects with the Production Manager

• Champion continuous improvement in manufacturing

• Develop and manage new process launches

• Research equipment and process solutions

• Conduct time studies for process validation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalency

• 2-5 years' manufacturing experience in a technical role

• Strong ability to project manage and innovate

• Experience reading engineering drawings

• Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems is a plus
