CBM, part of Votorantim Cimentos North America, seeks a dedicated Plant Supervisor. This position will support workforce management and ensure high morale while coordinating production and distribution of ready-mix concrete. Engage in environmental health and safety compliance and uphold quality standards in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise union and non-union hourly work forces

• Maintain labor relations and manage grievances

• Coordinate production and storage of concrete loads

• Foster internal and customer relationships

• Implement and comply with safety and quality systems

Requirements:

• At least two years post-secondary education

• Experience in ready-mix or similar industry

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Fundamental computer knowledge is essential

• G Class license and clean driving abstract required

Lead concrete operations at CBM Ready-Mix and contribute to key infrastructure projects in Ontario.
