Shift Supervisor in Nuclear Manufacturing

As a Shift Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead the machining, welding, and fabrication tasks on the second shift while adhering to strict nuclear quality standards and compliance requirements. You'll be responsible for optimizing production efficiency and supporting teams in delivering high-quality results while prioritizing safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee machining, welding, and fabrication activities for production

• Ensure compliance with nuclear safety and quality standards

• Track production schedules and monitor workflow efficiency

• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams

• Validate adherence to operational procedures and qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing environments

• Preferably 2+ years of supervisory experience

• Degree in Engineering or related field advantageous

• Experience in regulated industries like nuclear or aerospace preferred

• Knowledge of ASME standards and nuclear quality programmes desirable
