Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee production line crewing and classification
• Document and report attendance for frontline staff
• Manage time systems for Team Member payroll
• Use Oracle for cost performance analysis
• Implement projects for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Proven leadership and people skills
• Flexible to work all shifts
• Competence in MS Word and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
