Manufacturing Operator

As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll report directly to the Manufacturing Manager. This full-time role involves both automated and manual assembly, meticulous inspection of electronic and mechanical assemblies, and adherence to IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 standards. Your skills will directly impact production efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic circuit boards using automated and manual processes

• Operate precision production equipment including SMT Pick & Place

• Perform hand soldering and rework non-conforming assemblies

• Apply coatings and adhesives through manual and automated methods

• Inspect assemblies to ensure conformity to standards

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Experience in electronics manufacturing environment preferred

• Proficient communication skills, verbal and written

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately

• Capability to lift up to 60 lbs
