Production Scheduler - Ltd

Position: Production Scheduler Role - Dynacast Ltd.
Step into the role of Production Scheduler at Dynacast Peterborough, where your focus will be on scheduling and planning production to meet customer demand efficiently. Ensure excellent service and on-time delivery through effective inventory management.

As a key player in the manufacturing process, you will oversee the allocation of resources, manage the production schedule, and engage with customers for Sales and Operations planning.

Your role involves continuous assessment of shop floor activities and participation in the introduction of new products. Strong analytical skills are essential in resolving conflicts and enhancing the overall manufacturing system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage effective capacity and manpower plans

• Schedule Casting Machines and coordinate tool room schedules

• Monitor and publish production schedule metrics

• Adjust WIP and Finished Goods Inventory as needed

• Manage new parts setup in the QAD system

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of scheduling experience in manufacturing

• Knowledge of QAD or other management systems

• Strong communication and analytical capabilities

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or Materials Management
