As part of our team, you will help ensure reliable production planning and contribute to building efficient, responsive production processes that support business objectives.

• Support development and maintenance of production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing capacity and resource use.
• Assist with updating production orders and schedules in company planning systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor production progress, flag deviations, and work with production and operations teams to address issues.
• Help coordinate material supply and inventory checks to support scheduled work.
• Participate in planning meetings and communicate schedule changes or updates to relevant teams.
• Track basic performance indicators such as schedule adherence and on-time delivery.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts within the production planning function.
• Demonstrate and reinforce company values and teamwork in all planning interactions.

• Education:
  
  Diploma or degree in operations, supply chain, business, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Education:
  
  Recent graduates with relevant co-op or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience:
  
  Up to three years of experience in planning, production coordination, manufacturing support, or related experience.
• Experience:
  
  Exposure to integrated planning systems and an eagerness to develop system expertise. P6 experience an asset.
