Take charge as the Production Manager at Amrize's St-Constant Cement Plant. This role focuses on operational excellence and safety in cement manufacturing with a commitment to growth and teamwork.
The Production Manager will oversee a strong production culture, ensuring financial success and safety protocols are met at the St-Constant Cement Plant. You will develop budgets, track KPIs, and optimize production processes. This integral role promotes collaboration between teams to enhance efficiencies and drives continuous improvement in all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
• Develop and track performance goals
• Collaborate with Sales and Procurement teams
• Optimize raw material and fuel costs
• Champion a diverse and inclusive workforce
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Engineering or related field
• 10 years of industrial manufacturing experience
• 5 years of management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and SAP
• Bilingual in French and English
