Medical Device Assembly Technician

Assemble life-impacting medical devices at Cardinal Health-Gananoque using standard procedures, quality inspections, and equipment operation. Work rotating shifts supporting production.

Cardinal Health-Gananoque seeks an Assembly team member for its manufacturing center. The work includes repetitive and non-repetitive production tasks involving component parts, assemblies, sub-assemblies, and completed units. You will support product quality, safety compliance, packaging, documentation, and changeovers while learning Ultrasonic cutter equipment, GMP, and 5S methodologies.

• Assemble component parts into medical device units
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Ultrasonic cutter equipment
• Set up equipment and change materials through processes
• Perform inspections, packaging, and line clearance procedures
• Participate in applicable Non-Conformance investigations and resolutions

• High School diploma preferred
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/5 environment
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and communication skills
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods
