Production Associate Forklift Operator

Use forklift operation and production skills in Peterborough, fabricating custom insulation products with CNC equipment and maintaining safety standards. Accuracy matters daily.

This Production Associate role supports fabrication and processing of tapered insulation products. You will lay out materials, handle heavy insulation, code products, and operate a counterbalance forklift. The work also involves reading AutoCAD drawings, using imperial measurements, and following technical layouts. CNC operation experience is a strong asset.

• Assist with CNC cross-cutting and insulation fabrication
• Lay out materials using custom cutting specifications
• Handle and process heavy insulation materials
• Code and label cut products accurately
• Operate counterbalance forklifts throughout the facility

• Read tape measures and imperial measurements accurately
• Interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical layouts
• Previous counterbalance forklift operating experience
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Work independently and within a team
