CBI Home Health is looking to hire passionate and caring Nurses (RPN and RN) to join our skilled team in Peterborough County, Ontario.

The salary range for this position is between $25.80 to $34.18 per visit.

Sign-on bonus $5000 for full-time commitment.

• Provide nursing care in people’s homes, schools (pediatric) and other community locations, applying clinical skills in wound care, IV therapy, palliative care, pediatric care, tube feeding and medication administration.
• Deliver health teaching and adopt a person- and family-centered approach to care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team; seek mentorship and support from managers and peers to maintain clinical excellence.
• Navigate clients and families to additional resources within the health system to support achieving goals.
• Participate in a new and innovative care model called the neighborhood care model with competitive wages, flexibility and independence, aiming to spend more time with patients and families.

• Registered Nurse/ Registered Practical Nurse (RN/RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing
• Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening within the past 12 months
• Proof of negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Professional Liability Insurance (WeRPN/RNAO)
• Ability to travel from home to home within the community; valid driver’s license, vehicle and car insurance required
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset
