Position: Compassionate Nursing Roles
Provide specialized nursing care with CBI Home Health in Peterborough County, Ontario. As a Registered Nurse, leverage your skills in wound care and pediatric support while working in diverse settings.

Deliver person-centered care in various environments, including clients’ homes and schools, and collaborate with a committed interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care to clients across multiple locations

• Teach and engage clients and families in health topics

• Collaborate on patient care with healthcare teams

• Guide clients to additional community resources

• Adapt to an innovative neighborhood care model

Requirements:

• Valid RN/RPN status with College of Nurses of Ontario

• Must pass a clear criminal record check

• Negative TB test certified within 12 months

• Valid driver’s license required for travel

• Strong verbal and written communication in English
