Position: Registered Nurse for Home Care
Become a Registered Nurse with The Care Company, providing essential home health care across the Northumberland Region. Utilize your nursing skills to support clients in their homes, offering personalized care with a focus on making each day count.

The Care Company is seeking dedicated nurses for full-time and part-time roles. You will conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and administer medications while collaborating with care teams. Flexibility is key, as you'll visit multiple clients throughout your shifts across the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop care plans

• Administer medications per medical orders using eMAR

• Monitor and document clients’ vital signs and conditions

• Provide support for mobility and medical needs, including oxygen therapy

• Maintain accurate documentation for compliance with standards

Requirements:

• Active RN registration with College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Valid WHMIS 2015 certification

• Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination

• Demonstrated experience in in-home/community care
