You must possess 2 years of supervisory experience and be a Registered Practical Nurse in good standing. Your responsibilities will include developing care plans, supervising field staff, and evaluating clinical excellence, making a direct impact on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise care delivery and develop customized patient care plans

• Respond promptly to patient referrals and conduct assessments

• Document relevant information and ensure care provider safety

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively

• Manage onboarding and training of new care staff

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse with CNO

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience required

• Effective rapport-building skills with clients and staff

• Willingness to travel within Peterborough and surrounding areas

• Strong communication skills in English;
