Visiting Nurse Northumberland Region

You'll work with multiple clients daily, administering care based on individual needs, conducting assessments, and developing care plans. Collaborating with the care team, you'll ensure clients receive comprehensive support throughout their care transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed assessments and care planning

• Administer medications per medical orders

• Monitor clients' vital signs and report findings

• Assist clients with daily activities and mobility

• Document all communication and care provided

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with active CNO registration

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• Valid WHMIS 2015 certification within the last year

• Clear health checks and criminal record screening

• Effective English communication skills, both oral and written
