Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver care in home, school, and community settings

• Administer medication and perform health teaching

• Apply clinical skills in palliative and pediatric care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

• Navigate clients to additional resources and support

Requirements:

• RN/RPN license in good standing with the College of Nurses

• Clear criminal record check and TB test

• Professional Liability Insurance required

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel

• Strong English communication skills
