The stated hours of work are approximate as schedules are subject to change with the operational needs of the Health Centre. Changes made to hours of work will follow the terms of the applicable collective agreement, company policy and/or legislation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The RN, as one of the providers of health care, has a unique role in promoting health, in preventing illness, and in helping clients attain and maintain the highest level of health possible. The RN is responsible for providing comprehensive care autonomously to patients, with predictable and unpredictable outcomes who may or may not be clinically stable. The RN practices in accordance with the College of Nurses of Ontario Professional Standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Diploma/Degree in Nursing required.

Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario required

Current certification in ACLS preferred

Current Emergency experience/or critical care experience within last 5 years preferred

Coronary 1 Required Minimum 2 years nursing experience preferred.

Certificate in Emergency Nursing preferred.

TNCC/ENPC courses preferredENCC preferred WHO YOU ARE:
