This role requires expertise in urgent care, patient assessments, and strategic discharge planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced nursing care to emergency patients

• Lead and coordinate patient flow in the department

• Manage direct assessments and community resources

• Engage in leadership duties to enhance clinical practice

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse medical team

Requirements:

• Current registration in extended class with CNO

• Graduation from a CNO-approved NP program

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification

• 3-5 years of related experience necessary

• Preferred:
Experience in EPIC ASAP or emergency care
