CBI Home Health is looking to hire Registered Nurses, Acute Care in Peterborough for our Integrated Care Program.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $37.00 to $45.51 per hour, inclusive of a $5.00 per hour premium.

Vacancy Disclosure: This job posting is an existing vacancy with guaranteed hours while working as part of CBI Home Health’s Integrated Care Team.

Full-Time Guarantee of 75.0 Hours Biweekly

Full Time Days

Week 1:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 4pm (Thursday off)

Week 2:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8am to 4pm (Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday off)

Full Time Evenings

Week 1:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 12pm to 8pm (Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday off)

Week 2:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12pm to 8pm (Thursday off)

Part Time Guarantee of 30.0 Hours Biweekly

What you will do

As a Registered Nurse with the Integrated Care Program, you will help deliver a model of care that brings advanced, coordinated support directly from the hospital into the home. The Acute Care Registered Nurse delivers advanced assessments, monitoring, complex treatments, and rapid interventions for clients with serious illnesses and exacerbations of chronic conditions. These clients are expected to have complex, unstable, and unpredictable health conditions, with higher risks of adverse outcomes.

When performing workonbehalfofthe CBI Home Health Integrated Care Team, Registered Nurses are required to consistently demonstrate competency to perform Nursing skills to full scope, which may normally include:

• PIV initiation and management
• PICC line infusions and management
