In this role, reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will coordinate nursing care and support clients throughout various treatment phases. Responsibilities encompass crisis intervention, and behavior management and delivering comprehensive health teachings. Collaborate with colleagues to assess, plan, and evaluate client care accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate detailed care plans for clients in treatment
• Administer medications following physician’s guidance
• Maintain accurate client progress records
• Facilitate client involvement in addiction recovery programs
• Manage medical emergencies with swift decision-making
Requirements:
• Recognized RPN certification and nursing experience
• Proficiency in client assessment and support
• Strong skills in crisis intervention and counselling
• Familiarity with addiction treatment protocols
• Adherence to legal and ethical nursing standards
