Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily functions of the care team

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

• Oversee risk management and incident responses

• Foster positive relationships with residents and staff

• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing;
Master's preferred

• Unrestricted RN registration with provincial body

• Minimum 5 years nursing experience, 2+ in leadership

• Knowledge of long-term care regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
