* WHAT YOU’LL DO:

** The RPN provides client care in accordance with the Professional Standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario.  The RPN, as a member of the health care team, has a significant role in promoting health, preventing illness, and helping clients attain and maintain the highest level of health possible in situations in which a client’s condition is relatively stable, less complex and the outcomes of care are predictable.
** WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
*** Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
* Recent experience in medical nursing preferred
* Current BCLS
* Current Medication Administration certificate
* Current Medication Administration experience
** WHO YOU ARE:
*** Physical Assessment skills
* Added Nursing Skills for RPN - Gastric feeding, catheterization, suctioning, trach care, etc.
* Excellent assessment skills
* Strong verbal communication and written documentation skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with patients/families, staff and physicians
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member
