Building Quality Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Building Quality Manager to join our team in a full-time role for a 4 months fixed term due to a secondment.

In this role you will be responsible for accreditation, regulatory compliance and quality management in regards to the Building Consent Authority (BCA).

You will also be responsible for:

• Quality assurance across the building team through auditing and quality projects that create continuous improvement
• Leading internal and external communication and information
• Supporting the wider building team

We are looking for a confident candidate who brings strategic insight and practical delivery.

You will have:

• Knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems and the BCA accreditation scheme
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in a similar role managing, implementing, and monitoring quality systems, conducting audits, and continuously improving procedures.
• Strong understanding of digital ways of working, with experience of using Microsoft to achieve effective outcomes
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately for a range of audiences and adapt style accordingly
• Experience (5+ years) in leading similarly sized functional area in a large multidisciplinary and complex organization - Desirable
