Position: Innovative Test Technician Opportunity
Become a key player at Woodward Canada as a Test Technician, earning $24.00 per hour plus overtime and shift premiums. This role involves validating product specifications and performing in-depth testing analysis.

As a Test Technician, you're expected to execute test procedures and Environmental Stress Screening while documenting findings meticulously. You'll collaborate with the Test Lab Supervisor and Engineering to troubleshoot assembly failures and improve testing documentation. Your insights will drive product quality and compliance, ensuring high standards are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement test procedures based on documentation

• Conduct Environmental Stress Screening tests

• Generate detailed reports for failed products

• Analyze circuit board faults and implement fixes

• Participate in developing maintenance procedures

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or similar

• Strong skills in communication and technical analysis

• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and databases

• Familiarity with 8D and Pareto analysis

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
