As the Quality Manager at SGS, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO/IEC 17025. This role is crucial for managing audits, enhancing quality processes, and providing technical support across the organization. A minimum of 5 years in quality management is required to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS)

• Lead internal and external audits for compliance

• Support risk assessments and continuous quality improvements

• Analyze data trends to identify improvement opportunities

• Facilitate training on quality standards and practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field

• Five years of relevant quality management experience

• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and standards

• Effective communication and project management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality tools
