Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily inspections of construction sites

• Evaluate contractor work for compliance

• Recommend payments based on inspection results

• Keep detailed project records

• Resolve emerging project issues proactively

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• OACETT rcsi or PEO EIT designation required

• Valid Ontario Class “G” driver’s licence

• Experience in grading, asphalt, and concrete

• Strong judgment and observation skills
