Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain lab instrumentation accurately
• Conduct line audits and sampling on the production floor
• Utilize SAP for production data and traceability
• Prepare test solutions adhering to Good Laboratory Practices
• Record and manage analytical and microbiological data
Requirements:
• Minimum two-year diploma in Food Science or related field
• At least 2 years in a manufacturing quality role
• Proficient in lab analytical equipment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
