Realstar is currently looking for a two-person Resident Manager team for its Peterborough property. This position requires on-site living, four weekdays per week, plus alternating weekends. Responsibilities include fostering community through resident service, maintaining cleanliness of common areas, and supporting property maintenance. Emphasis on high standards for resident satisfaction is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly resident interactions and service requests

• Organize and promote community events and activities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of shared facilities

• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep

• Assist with minor repairs and HVAC monitoring

Requirements:

• Background in property management is a plus
